we offer a wide array of adult and children's programs covering everything from
Story Times, to presentations on cooking and computers to finance, local history,

services the Patterson Library provides for our patrons and community.
The Patterson Library is easily accessible
and has ample parking.
You may order, renew and reserve materials in person, by phone or from this
website. Your requested materials are delivered to the Patterson Library - from
public and academic libraries throughout the region - often in just a day or

The book and media drops on the side of the library entrance are open 24 hours
a day for your convenience. You may also return items at the satellite drop
at the Putnam Lake Market on Fairfield Drive in Putnam Lake.
Public computers and high-speed Internet access are available in the library

you with your information needs in person, by phone, via e-mail or fax.

Board of Trustees:
The Patterson Library is a non-profit organization serving the Town of Patterson
under the NYS Education Department. The Patterson Library Board of Trustees
is looking for Patterson residents to become new members. Men and women of all
ages are encouraged to join the board as it expands the Patterson Library facility
and services to meet the growing needs of our community.
Trustees attend regular meetings, usually held on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM in the library, plus additional committee meetings. Prior library knowledge is not necessary, but experience in law, finance, fundraising or other non-profit organizations is very helpful. The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are open to the public.
Interested individuals may call the library at 878-6121 for an application, download it or pick one up at the Patterson Library on Route 311.
